Job summary

PT Summarecon Agung Tbk is seeking an Officer - Tenant Relation for Summarecon Mall Serpong. The role focuses on building strong tenant relationships, coordinating with mall operations, and ensuring service standards are met across shifts.

The position requires a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of experience in tenant relations, customer service, or related fields. Weekend and public holiday shifts are included; placement is Summarecon Mall Serpong.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Management, Communication, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Tenant Relations, Customer Service, Hospitality, Operation in Mall or Property Management.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Service-oriented and able to work in a team.

Responsibilities

Maintain good relationships and effective communication with all tenants.
Handle tenant requests, complaints, and operational issues, and ensure proper follow-up until resolved.
Monitor tenant conditions and operations to ensure compliance with mall standards and regulations.
Coordinate with related departments to fulfill tenant needs and resolve operational issues.
Prepare daily tenant activity reports and ensure proper information handover between shifts.
