COORDINATOR - CUSTOMER CARE & TENANT RELATIONS (SUMMARECON MALL MAKASSAR)

• Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Communication, Marketing, Business Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Customer Service, Customer Relations, Tenant Relations, Hospitality, or a related position, preferably in the property, mall, retail, or hospitality industry.
• Good understanding of customer service, tenant relations, complaint handling, and customer relationship management.
• Able to handle and resolve customer and tenant complaints, coordinate with relevant departments, and ensure proper follow-up in accordance with service standards.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills, service-oriented, and able to build and maintain good relationships with customers and tenants.

Job Description:
