Job summary

2-3 years in Customer Service, Customer Relations, Tenant Relations or related position, ideally in property, mall, retail or hospitality.

Responsibilities

Supervise customer care and tenant relations per established service standards.
Handle and follow up on customer and tenant complaints, feedback and needs.
Coordinate resolution with relevant departments and monitor follow-up process.
Build and maintain good relationships with tenants and communicate regularly to address needs and satisfaction.
Monitor feedback, prepare service reports and evaluate to improve customer experience.
