Fresh graduates are welcome; the role involves handling inquiries, coordinating with departments to resolve issues, and building strong relationships through proactive communication.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; experience in customer service or related roles is a plus.
• Good understanding of customer service and tenant relations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; patient and team-oriented.

Responsabilidades

• Provide service and information to customers and tenants per established standards.
• Handle and follow up on inquiries, complaints, feedback, and needs.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve customer and tenant issues.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers and tenants through responsive communication.
• Record feedback and assist in preparing reports on customer care and tenant relations activities.
