Responsibilities

• Provide service and information to customers and tenants according to standards.
• Handle and follow up on inquiries, complaints, feedback, and needs.
• Coordinate with departments to resolve issues and follow up.
• Build and maintain strong relationships through responsive communication and service.
• Record and document feedback; assist in preparing related reports.
