Job summary

Sinar Mas Land is seeking a Tenant Relations Coordinator to serve as the primary contact for tenants, handling needs, inquiries, and complaints with professional service. You will collaborate with operations, security, housekeeping, and engineering to meet tenant requirements and ensure policy-aligned service delivery.

The role emphasizes supporting tenant programs, maintaining records, and assisting with move-in/move-out processes while contributing to lease renewals and sustained tenant

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in communications, hospitality, or management.
• Experience in customer service or tenant relations in retail/mall is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team with tenant-satisfaction focus.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for tenants regarding needs, inquiries, and complaints.
• Coordinate with operations, security, housekeeping, engineering, and other departments to address tenant needs.
• Ensure service standards are implemented per management policies.
• Support programs and events to improve tenant comfort and loyalty.
• Maintain an updated tenant database with contacts and contracts.
• Assist during emergencies and follow official procedures.
• Assist with move-in/move-out administrative processes.
• Support lease renewal processes and tenant relations.
