Job summary

Agung Sedayu Group in Jakarta is seeking a Talent Management professional to identify and analyze talent mapping data, plan succession, and coordinate employee assessments. You will input assessment results into the system and monitor IDP implementation.

The role requires 3-5 years in Talent Management or Talent Development, with strong competency analysis, leadership development, and coaching program design. Based in Pantai Indah Kapuk (PIK), North Jakarta.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology is required.
• Master's degree or Professional Psychology degree is an advantage.
• 3-5 years of experience in Talent Management or Talent Development preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and analyze talent mapping data and succession planning requirements.
• Prepare and coordinate employee assessments, including invitations, scheduling, materials, and assessor coordination; input results.
• Verify completeness of Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and monitor progress; report status periodically.
• Analyze talent readiness, retention, IDP progress, and effectiveness of development programs.

Job description

• Identify and analyze talent mapping and succession planning data, taking into account key position data and talent readiness.
• Prepare, coordinate, and process employee assessment administration—including invitations, scheduling, materials, and assessor coordination—and input assessment results into the system.
• Identify and verify the completeness of Individual Development Plans (IDPs), monitor implementation progress, and report IDP status periodically.
• Identify, analyze, and compile talent analyses covering readiness levels, talent retention, IDP progress, and the effectiveness of development programs.

Requirements:

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Psychology; a Master's degree or a Professional Psychology degree is an advantage.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Talent Management or Talent Development.
• Keen understanding of competency gap analysis, leadership development, coaching program design, succession plan management, psychological assessment, and talent profiling.
• Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Proactive, willing to learn, and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
• Willing to be placed in Pantai Indah Kapuk (PIK), North Jakarta.
