Key Responsibilities:
Develop Talent Management strategies aligned with business needs.
Identify short- and long-term talent requirements.
Provide recommendations for talent development and management.
Work with management to build a strong talent development culture.
Design and manage talent development programs.
Identify development needs based on business requirements and talent data.
Evaluate the effectiveness of development programs.
Support succession planning and identify critical positions.
Build a pipeline of future leaders.
Recommend development plans for high-potential employees.
Support the development of competency frameworks.
Develop career paths and career development programs.
Ensure development programs are aligned with organizational competencies.
Partner with management on Talent Management initiatives.
Facilitate discussions related to talent and organizational development.
Collaborate with different functions to ensure effective program implementation.
Collect and analyze talent-related data.
Provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
Prepare reports and presentations for management.
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Management, or a related field.
5-8 years of experience in Talent Management, Organizational Development, Leadership Development, or Human Capital.
Proficiency in English on a business communication level
Proven experience in developing or implementing Talent Management programs.
Good understanding of Competency Management, Leadership Development, Succession Planning, Career Development, and Performance Management.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
