PT Masmindo Dwi Area (Masmindo) is seeking a Talent Management & People Development Manager to design and drive integrated talent management and learning strategies across the organization.
You will lead succession planning, competency development, career management, and development programs, partnering with senior leaders to build a high‑performance culture and a strong leadership pipeline for current and future needs.
Talent Management & People Development Manager is responsible for developing and applying integrated talent management and learning & development strategies to ensure the organization has the right talent, capabilities, and leadership pipeline to support current and future business needs. The role oversees talent identification, succession planning, talent development, competency development, career management, and learning programs, while fostering a high-performance and continuous learning culture across the organization.
Develop and implement Talent Management strategies and programs, including talent identification, talent mapping, succession planning, and career development.
Lead the development of high-potential and critical talent through structured development programs and individual development plans.
Manage Learning & Development strategies, including learning needs analysis, competency development, leadership development, and technical/functional development programs.
Establish and maintain career and competency frameworks to support employee growth and organizational capability.
Partner with business leaders to identify current and future capability requirements and develop appropriate talent and learning solutions.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness and impact of talent and learning programs through relevant metrics and analytics.
Strengthen the organization's leadership pipeline and succession readiness for critical positions.
Promote a continuous learning, performance, and development culture across the organization.
Manage training budget, compliance training records in line with regulatory requirements, external learning partners, consultants, and other development resources as required.
Ensure Talent & Development initiatives are aligned with the company's business strategy, HC roadmap, and organizational priorities.
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 7–10 years of progressive experience in Human Capital / Human Resources, with strong exposure to Talent Management and Learning & Development.
Minimum 3 years of managerial or leadership experience in Talent Management, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or related areas.
Proven experience in designing and implementing talent management, succession planning, talent development, and learning programs.
Experience in developing and implementing competency frameworks, career development, talent mapping (HAV-MAP), Individual Development Plans (IDP), promotion program based on replacement table chart (RTC/Talent pipeline).
Experience working with senior management and business leaders in identifying talent and organizational capability requirements.
Strong knowledge of Talent Management and Succession Planning, Learning & Development and capability-building frameworks.
Ability to develop leadership development and high-potential talent programs.
Strong capability in learning needs analysis, program design, and learning effectiveness evaluation.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to utilize people and talent data/analytics to support decision-making.
