Job summary

Krom is seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive to drive recruitment across our HR & GA Division in Indonesia. You will execute full-cycle recruitment, screen candidates, conduct interviews, and manage selection schedules to ensure timely hires that meet business needs.

You will collaborate with departments to translate business requirements into hiring plans, maintain candidate pipelines in our ATS, and produce weekly KPI reports on time-to-hire and metrics for management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, management, IT or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment (posting to onboarding).

About the Role:

As a Talent Acquisition Executive within our HR & GA Division, you will execute recruitment strategies to attract and hire top-tier talent aligned with our evolving business needs. Your primary responsibilities include:

• Executing full-cycle recruitment processes, including candidate screening, interviewing, and managing selection schedules.
• Collaborating with various departments to understand business requirements and human resource planning.
• Ensuring all recruitment policies and relevant banking regulations are strictly followed.
• Managing candidate pipelines effectively using our applicant tracking system.
• Preparing weekly reports for management detailing recruitment status, candidate metrics, time-to-hire, and other key KPIs.
• Participating in both internal and external initiatives to drive recruitment productivity and enhance candidate engagement.

About You:

We are looking for a proactive and strategic talent acquisition professional who meets the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Psychology, Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Professionals with up to 1 - 2 year of experience in full-cycle talent acquisition or recruitment within a relevant industry.
• Proven experience in managing end-to-end recruitment (from job posting to onboarding), handling both technical and non-technical roles.
• Familiarity with recruitment platforms, particularly LinkedIn Recruiter, and applicant tracking systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with candidates, internal teams, and management, along with strategic thinking to align recruitment processes with company growth.
