Job summary

Finture is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Jakarta to build a strong talent pipeline and support end-to-end recruitment in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 3+ years in talent acquisition, expertise in job advertising, sourcing, interviewing, and salary negotiations, plus experience with outsourcing partners and employer branding. This position is based in the SCBD area and involves high-volume hiring across functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in HR, psychology, management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Proven expertise in job advertising, talent sourcing, and candidate assessment.
• Experience in mass/high-volume hiring.
• Experience working with outsourcing vendors and recruitment partnerships.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Drive Talent Attraction: develop and execute job ads across portals, social media, and targeted channels.
• Source and engage candidates using recruitment platforms and networks.
• Screen and shortlist applicants, interview, and advise Hiring Managers for decisions.
• Develop competitive salary proposals and manage offers and negotiations.
• Prepare and present recruitment reports to management with clear insights.
• Build employer brand through university engagement and job fairs.
• Lead mass hiring initiatives and collaborate with outsourcing vendors to meet hiring needs.

About the role

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who is passionate about connecting great people with great opportunities and can thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping our talent pipeline—from developing creative sourcing strategies and engaging top candidates to partnering with Hiring Managers and supporting the hiring process from end to end.

What You Will Do

• Drive Talent Attraction: Develop and execute effective job advertising strategies across job portals, social media, and other targeted recruitment channels.
• Source & Engage Talent: Leverage recruitment tools, platforms, and professional networks to proactively identify and engage high-potential candidates.
• Identify the Right Fit: Screen and shortlist candidates efficiently, conduct thorough interviews, and provide valuable insights and recommendations to Hiring Managers to support informed hiring decisions.
• Manage Offers & Negotiations: Develop competitive compensation proposals and confidently manage salary and offer negotiations.
• Track & Report Hiring Progress: Prepare and present regular recruitment and hiring reports to the management team, providing clear updates and insights.
• Strengthen Our Employer Brand: Build relationships with universities and job fair organizers and support employer branding initiatives to attract future talent.
• Manage High-Volume Recruitment: Lead mass hiring initiatives and collaborate effectively with outsourcing vendors to meet business hiring needs.

What You Will Bring

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Strong knowledge of modern recruitment strategies, tools, and best practices, with proven expertise in job advertising, talent sourcing, and candidate assessment.
• Proven experience in mass hiring / high-volume recruitment.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proven ability to handle salary negotiations and prepare competitive compensation proposals.
• Experience working with outsourcing vendors and managing recruitment partnerships.
• Experience in employer branding and university engagement.
• A proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Willing to be placed in the SCBD area.
