Job summary

MSIG Jakarta is seeking a dedicated recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment to attract top talent aligned with our needs and culture. You will source candidates, screen, interview, and coordinate onboarding for Direct Employee roles.

This role requires a bachelor’s degree in psychology, HR, or management and at least one year of recruitment experience, with strong interpersonal skills and familiarity with sourcing tools.
