Job summary

Krom in Jakarta seeks a proactive Talent Acquisition Executive to lead full-cycle recruitment, from posting jobs to onboarding across diverse roles. You will partner with multiple departments to translate business needs into staffing plans and ensure timely hires while upholding policies and regulations.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years of experience, with strong communication and hands-on use of LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Management, Information Technology, or related field.
• 1–2 years of full-cycle talent acquisition or recruitment experience.
• Experience with end-to-end recruitment, for technical and non-technical roles.

Responsibilities

• Execute full-cycle recruitment including screening, interviews, and scheduling.
• Collaborate with departments to understand staffing needs and HR planning.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and regulations.
• Manage candidate pipelines using the ATS and report KPIs weekly.
• Engage candidates and drive productivity in recruitment initiatives.

About the Role

About the Role:As a Talent Acquisition Executive within our HR & GA Division, you will execute recruitment strategies to attract and hire top-tier talent aligned with our evolving business needs.

• Executing full-cycle recruitment processes, including candidate screening, interviewing, and managing selection schedules.
• Collaborating with various departments to understand business requirements and human resource planning.
• Ensuring all recruitment policies and relevant banking regulations are strictly followed.
• Managing candidate pipelines effectively using our applicant tracking system.
• Preparing weekly reports for management detailing recruitment status, candidate metrics, time-to-hire, and other key KPIs.
• Participating in both internal and external initiatives to drive recruitment productivity and enhance candidate engagement.

About You

About You:We are looking for a proactive and strategic talent acquisition professional who meets the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Psychology, Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Professionals with up to 1 - 2 year of experience in full-cycle talent acquisition or recruitment within a relevant industry.
• Proven experience in managing end-to-end recruitment (from job posting to onboarding), handling both technical and non-technical roles.
• Familiarity with recruitment platforms, particularly LinkedIn Recruiter, and applicant tracking systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with candidates, internal teams, and management, along with strategic thinking to align recruitment processes with company growth.
