Responsible for executing recruitment and selection processes from job posting creation, candidate screening, interviews, to onboarding, as well as managing contract employee status continuation (talent management), to ensure the organization obtains and retains human resources that meet business needs and comply with applicable employment regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Compose attractive and informative job postings and distribute them to various recruitment platforms, websites, social media, and other media
- Conduct initial screening to identify candidates matching specified criteria
- Schedule and conduct interviews with job applicants, evaluate skills, experience, and qualifications, and provide information about the company and position
- Communicate with candidates to discuss offer details, salary, benefits, and other working conditions
- Execute psychological testing processes with instruments appropriate to position qualification requirements
- Ensure all documents and administrative requirements are fulfilled (employment contracts, work equipment) and introduce new employees to the work environment
- Maintain candidate database for use in future recruitment processes
- Collect recruitment activity data and information reports for process evaluation and improvement
- Monitor and process employee contract extensions
- Create performance evaluation forms for employees with expiring contracts and employee status changes
About you
- Minimum S1 degree in Psychology
- Fresh graduate permitted; preferably with experience as Recruitment Staff or Talent Acquisition Staff in a Company/Hospital for minimum 1 year
- Preferably with experience in HR management, Recruitment, and Talent Management for minimum 1 year
- Understand and master technical aspects of HR, particularly recruitment and selection processes
- Understand and master regulations and laws related to employment
- Possess good interpersonal skills and communication abilities
- Honest, thorough, analytical thinking, and detail oriented
- Able to operate computers (MS-Office and HRIS) well
