Fasdeli Group in Jakarta is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment, sourcing candidates via portals, databases, social media, and referrals.

You will screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, coordinate tests, schedule interviews, and maintain the candidate database while ensuring data confidentiality and a positive candidate experience reflecting the employer brand.

Responsabilidades

• Execute the recruitment process according to manpower requirements and user requests.
• Source candidates through job portals, internal databases, social media, and referrals.
• Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate selection based on job qualifications.
• Maintain a database of potential candidates for ongoing recruitment needs.
• Schedule interviews between candidates and users according to established timelines.
• Coordinate administration of tests/assessments as required.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Communicate information regarding selection stages and outcomes professionally.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience reflecting the company's employer brand.
• Create and monitoring probation or contract matrix for each hired candidate.

• Support the timely fulfillment of workforce needs, ensuring candidates meet specific job requirements.
• Source candidates through job portals, internal databases, social media, and referrals.
• Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate selection based on job qualifications.
• Maintain a database of potential candidates for ongoing recruitment needs.
• Schedule interviews between candidates and users according to established timelines.
• Coordinate the administration of tests/assessments (psychometric tests, technical tests, or others as required).
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Communicate information regarding selection stages, interview schedules, and selection outcomes in a professional manner.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience that reflects the company's employer brand.
• Create and monitoring probation or contract matrix for each successfully hired candidates.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Psychology, Management, HR, or a related field
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, recruitment, or as an HR staff member
• Understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process
• Proficient in sourcing candidates through various channels
• Capable of screening CVs and conducting initial interviews
• Experienced in using job portals and candidate databases
• Skilled in managing recruitment data and reports (Excel/ATS)
• Communicative, persuasive, and able to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
• Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work within deadlines
