PT Moda Global Maritim is seeking a Recruiter/HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment for Head Office and Operational positions. You will source candidates, screen applicants, conduct interviews, and oversee onboarding processes.

Responsibilities include developing recruitment strategies, coordinating with hiring managers, maintaining HRIS records, and monitoring recruitment performance to ensure timely fulfillment of manpower needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of end-to-end recruitment experience.
• Experience in hiring, talent management, and employee engagement.
• Strong administrative and documentation skills.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS and employee database management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Monitor recruitment performance and ensure timely fulfillment of manpower requirements.

Job requirements:
