Job summary

PT AQS Group Indonesia seeks a proactive Talent Acquisition & Training Coordinator to strengthen recruitment quality, workforce readiness, and employee competency development. You will work with the HR Manager and operations to design evidence-based solutions and maintain accurate records.

You will lead end-to-end recruitment processes, conduct competency-based interviews, and develop training plans based on identified gaps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment and training coordination.
• Experience recruiting for manufacturing, technical, or managerial positions is preferred.
• Strong understanding of competency-based recruitment, TNA, and training evaluation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, recruitment reporting, and HR data analysis.
• Familiarity with HRIS, ATS, and LMS.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical thinking, excellent communication, organizational skills, and professional integrity.
• Highly tech-savvy and data-fluent.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment coordination, from manpower request validation and sourcing to candidate assessment and onboarding preparation.
• Conduct competency-based interviews and provide objective, evidence-based candidate recommendations.
• Verify candidate information, identify potential hiring risks, and maintain recruitment integrity.
• Monitor recruitment pipelines, identify bottlenecks, and recommend corrective actions.
• Conduct TNA and develop structured training plans based on competency gaps.
• Coordinate mandatory training, technical development, and on‑the‑job training (OJT).
• Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements based on measurable outcomes.
• Maintain accurate recruitment and training reports, compliance records, and supporting evidence.
• Partner with the HR Manager to discuss challenges, evaluate alternatives, and implement agreed solutions.

You will think beyond routine HR activities, identify risks early, communicate openly, and work closely with the HR Manager and operational teams to develop practical, evidence-based solutions.

Key responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment coordination, from manpower request validation and sourcing to candidate assessment and onboarding preparation

About you
