Job summary

Meratus Group, a leading Indonesian maritime and logistics operator, seeks an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions.

You will drive high-volume hiring, perform proactive sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter and job portals, and conduct market mapping and headhunting for managerial roles.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in Talent Acquisition, strong stakeholder management, and is willing to be based in Surabaya.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Experience with high-volume and executive search (headhunting).
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, Boolean search, and other recruitment channels.
• Experience recruiting across multiple functions and organizational levels.
• Able to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously in a fast paced environment.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.

Manage end to end recruitment for both mass hiring and strategic positions across multiple business functions.

Drive high-volume recruitment initiatives to support business growth while ensuring timely hiring delivery.

Conduct proactive sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, networking, and direct search to build strong talent pipelines.

Perform market mapping and headhunting for managerial, niche, and hard-to-fill positions.

Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure alignment with business requirements and organizational culture.

Coordinate recruitment activities with hiring managers and ensure an efficient hiring process from requisition to onboarding.

Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs across various functions.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, preferably within a technology company.

Proven experience handling both high volume and executive search (headhunting).

Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, Boolean search, and other recruitment channels.

Experience recruiting across multiple functions and organizational levels.

Able to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously in a fast paced, dynamic environment.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.

Meratus is an Indonesian shipping company providing point-to-point transportation solutions. Covering domestic and international shipments, this service is provided by affiliated company: MIF.

The dry bulk logistics, including transhipment operations of offshore floating crane together with tug and barge owning-and-operating business is run by an affiliated company, Meratus Advance Maritim (MDM). MDM operates several sets of powerful and modern tugs and jumbo, 394' feet barges and 18,000 mtpd guarantee loading rate of offshore floating crane.

Operations in Tanjung Priok, Jakarta and Tanjung Perak Surabaya are carried out by affiliated companies.

Partnership with Indonesia offshore shipping service provider, Wintermar, in the provision of four Platform Supply Vessels: WM. Makassar, WM. Sulawesi , WM. Natuna and WM. Pacific.

Additional services also include logistics and freight forwarding, coal transport and logistics, terminal operations and stevedores, and offshore supply vessels.
