Job summary

Time International is seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive to lead end-to-end recruitment in Indonesia, partnering with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire top talent while delivering an excellent candidate experience.

You will source through LinkedIn and portals, conduct interviews, manage offers, and maintain data and reports to ensure timely fulfillment of hiring needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Tech-savvy with experience using recruitment tools and platforms.
• Results-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple hiring priorities.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities
