Job summary

PT Citra Maritime in Batam, Indonesia, seeks an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment, from requisitions to offers, across multiple functions including shipping and logistics. You will partner with senior management, craft sourcing strategies via JobStreet and LinkedIn, and build a strong talent pipeline.

A minimum of five years in recruitment and a background in executive search are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Proven track record in end-to-end recruitment across managerial, senior leadership levels.
• Experience in shipping, maritime, logistics preferred.
• Familiarity with JobStreet, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels.

PT Citra Maritime is seeking an experienced and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment activities and support the company's growing manpower requirements. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in talent sourcing, headhunting, and executive recruitment, with the ability to identify and attract high-quality candidates across various organizational levels, including managerial and senior leadership positions.

Key responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from manpower requisition and job posting to candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and job offer.

Partner with hiring managers and senior management to understand manpower requirements, job specifications, and business needs.

Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates through JobStreet, LinkedIn, recruitment agencies, professional networks, referrals, and other sourcing channels.

Conduct active headhunting and executive search for specialized, managerial, and senior leadership positions.

Source and recruit candidates across various functions, particularly within shipping, maritime, marine services, logistics, procurement, operations, and corporate functions.

Conduct resume screening, initial HR interviews, competency assessments, and candidate evaluations to ensure alignment with job requirements.

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers, manage candidate communications, conduct reference checks, negotiate salary expectations, and facilitate employment offers.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline and candidate database to support current and future recruitment needs.

Provide recruitment insights and market intelligence, including talent availability, salary benchmarks, and candidate market trends.

Monitor recruitment KPIs, hiring timelines, recruitment costs, and overall recruitment effectiveness.

About you

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Management, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, with a proven track record in end-to-end recruitment.

Strong experience in recruiting across multiple functions and organizational levels, including managerial, senior management, and executive positions.

Proven expertise in headhunting, executive search, candidate assessment, and talent pipeline development.

Experience in the shipping, maritime, marine services, or logistics industry is highly preferred.

Familiarity with recruitment platforms such as JobStreet, LinkedIn, and other professional sourcing channels.

Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work closely with hiring managers and senior management.

Excellent interviewing, negotiation, communication, and candidate evaluation skills.

Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously, prioritize recruitment needs, and meet hiring deadlines.

Strong analytical skills and experience preparing recruitment reports and monitoring recruitment KPIs.
