Job summary

PT Seah Precision Metal Indonesia is seeking an experienced HRGA Supervisor to lead human resources, general affairs, and legal & compliance functions across our Indonesian operations.

You will oversee HR administration, payroll, BPJS Health & Employment, recruitment, employee relations, and industrial relations; manage GA facilities, vendor relations, and TKA documentation; and draft HRGA policies and SOPs while coordinating with management and government agencies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of HRGA experience, supervisor/leader preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HR Administration, Payroll, and BPJS.
• Understanding Industrial Relations and employment regulations.
• Experience in recruitment, training, and HR policy development.
• Experience in managing TKA and related documents/permits.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise HRGA's overall activities.
• Ensure HR Administration, Payroll, and BPJS processes run smoothly.
• Oversee recruitment, employee relations, and industrial relations.
• Lead Legal & Compliance including TKA, OSS, SIINas and licensing.
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations and related rules.
• Oversee General Affairs: facilities, assets, cleanliness, security, operations.
• Coordinate employee catering and monitor service quality and vendors.
• Evaluate GA vendors and suppliers.
• Draft and assess HRGA policies and SOPs.
• Coordinate with management, government agencies, vendors, and related departments.

We are looking for competent and experienced HRGA Supervisor to manage Human Resources, General Affairs, Legal & Compliance functions.

Key responsibilities

Manage and supervise HRGA's overall activities

Ensure that the HR Administration, Payroll, and BPJS processes run well

Manage recruitment, employee relations, industrial relations, and other HR needs

Managing Legal & Compliance, including the management of TKA, OSS, SIINas, as well as company documents/licensing

Ensure compliance with applicable labor regulations and regulations

Managing General Affairs activities, including facilities, assets, cleanliness, security, and operational needs

Manage and coordinate employee catering, including monitoring service quality and vendors

Manage and evaluate GA vendors/suppliers

Drafting and evaluating HRGA policies and SOPs

Coordinate with management, government agencies, vendors, and related departments

About you

Minimum education of S1

Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of HRGA, experience as a Supervisor/Leader is an added value

Understand HR Administration, Payroll, BPJS Health & Employment

Understanding Industrial Relations & employment regulations

Experienced in recruitment, training, employee relations, and HR policy

Understand General Affairs, facility management, and asset management

Experienced in Legal & Corporate Compliance

Experience in managing TKA (Foreign Workers) and related documents/permits

Understand OSS and SIINas as well as corporate reporting

Have good leadership, communication, coordination, and problem solving skills
