PT Kingsmen Indonesia is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead HRGA and strategic people initiatives. You will shape policies, drive performance programs, and manage recruitment, learning, and development to align with corporate goals.
The role requires extensive HR expertise, strong communication, and a proven ability to collaborate with labor authorities and leadership to sustain growth. Remain compliant with local regulations while fostering a strong organizational culture.
Bachelor Degree of Law / Psychology/ Human Resource Management from reputable university ; Master Degree in Human Resource Management is an advantage
Experience minimum 10 years hands on HR & GA area
Experiences as HR Manager minimum 5 years with good proven tract.
Experience in managing, recruitment, training & development, psychological assessment and other HR matters
Honest, Strong leadership, good interpersonal and communication skills
Strong analytical thinking and committed to achieve goals
Expert on HRGA management system and development
Good in English (oral and written)
Computer Literate ( Ms. Office ; Internet ; Powerpoint)
Good presentation abilities, initiation, and negotiation skills
Good knowledge in Labor Law and all necessary Labor Government Regulation
Responsibilities:
1. Strategic HR & Organizational Development
Develop and execute short- and long-term HR strategies, policies, and work plans aligned with company objectives and labor regulations.
Design, establish, and continuously update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for internal operations.
Formulate and enforce the Company Code of Conduct for internal employees and external personnel.
Plan and manage manpower requirements to meet organizational growth and staffing needs within target timelines.
Create, update, and maintain comprehensive job descriptions for all positions across the company.
2. Performance & Talent Management
Design and implement the end-to-end Performance Management System, including goal setting, KPI tracking, performance reviews, and coaching.
Oversee training and development programs, from training needs analysis to post-training evaluations, to enhance employee capabilities.
Direct, train, and mentor staff to foster alignment with the company’s vision, mission, and core values.
Drive employee engagement initiatives, internal communications, and culture-building events to improve retention.
3. Compensation, Benefits & HR Operations
Analyze and manage competitive, equitable remuneration structures aligned with industry standards and financial capacity.
Draft, execute, and archive employment contracts (PKWT/PKWTT) and official HR documentation.
Monitor attendance, leave requests, and administer reward and penalty systems; prepare monthly HR analytical reports.
Maintain and optimize the HR Information System (HRIS) to ensure smooth administrative workflows and data accessibility.
4. Industrial Relations & Legal Compliance
Manage employee relations, resolve workplace grievances, mediate disputes, and handle disciplinary procedures or offboarding.
Serve as the primary liaison between the company, local labor authorities (Disnaker), and legal counsel.
5. General Affairs & Health/Safety (HSE)
Oversee daily General Affairs (GA) operations, including facility maintenance, office cleanliness, building security, and company fleet/drivers and security duties.
Manage corporate licensing, legal permits, utility management, and general administrative services.
Develop and enforce Occupational Health and Safety (K3/HSE) policies to ensure a safe work environment and emergency preparedness.
Salary will commensurate with candidate working experience and qualification.
