Qualifications

Job description

We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR & GA Manager to lead our Human Resources and General Affairs functions. This role will be responsible for developing HR strategies, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing end-to-end HR operations while overseeing general office and facility management.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations

Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and SOPs aligned with business objectives

Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and regulations

Oversee payroll, compensation & benefits, and HR administration processes

Manage industrial relations, including handling employee issues, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution

Supervise General Affairs functions such as office operations, facilities, procurement, asset management, and vendor relationships

Provide strategic HR advisory to management and support organizational development initiatives

Drive HR improvement programs, including employee engagement, retention, and performance optimization

Lead and develop the HRGA team to achieve operational excellence

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a managerial role

Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law and industrial relations

Proven leadership and team management experience

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Experience in handling payroll, compensation & benefits, and HRIS systems

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in palm oil plantation or agribusiness industry is highly preferred

Familiar with handling HR operations in multi-site or remote locations (e.g., plantation/site operations)
