Pola Group is seeking an experienced HRGA Manager to lead and strengthen our Human Resources and General Affairs functions across the organization and its subsidiaries. This role focuses on strategic people initiatives, effective HR operations, and GA management.
Responsibilities include developing HR systems, leading talent acquisition, workforce planning, OD, compensation, analytics, and HRIS/HCIS development, all while ensuring Indonesian regulatory compliance and data-driven decision making.

We are looking for an experienced HRGA Manager to lead and strengthen our Human Resources and General Affairs functions, drive strategic people initiatives, and ensure effective HR operations and GA management across the organization and its subsidiaries.
Develop and improve effective HR/HC systems, policies, and processes aligned with business objectives and employment regulations.
Lead Talent Acquisition and recruitment strategies across all levels, including recruitment channels, selection processes, candidate experience, and challenging-to-fill positions.
Drive workforce planning, performance management, talent management, and succession planning, particularly for leadership and critical roles.
Lead Organizational Development, Learning & Development, competency development, change management, and culture initiatives to strengthen organizational capabilities.
Manage and continuously improve compensation, payroll, salary review, promotion, and HR policies across the organization and subsidiaries.
Develop HR analytics, benchmarking, and reporting to support data-driven decisions on HC costs, turnover, workforce planning, and employer branding.
Drive HR process improvement and HRIS/HCIS development to improve HR effectiveness and deliver measurable business results.
Partner with subsidiary HR teams and key stakeholders to ensure consistent implementation of HR policies, practices, and programs.
Oversee General Affairs operations across branches throughout Indonesia, including administration, facilities, and regulatory compliance.
Ensure effective HR and GA operations, compliance, and continuous improvement in line with business needs.
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Management, or related field.
Minimum 10 years of HR/HC experience, with at least 5 years managing an HR/HC team.
Experience in manufacturing, construction, or HR consulting is preferred.
Strong knowledge of Indonesian employment laws, HR operations, and talent management.
Strong strategic thinking, analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proven experience in OD, performance management, talent management, and workforce planning.
Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and lean team environment.
Ability to develop and implement HR initiatives with measurable business impact.
Experience with HRIS/HCIS is an advantage.
Psychological license is an advantage.
