Pengiklan Anonim seeks an HRGA leader to oversee recruitment, training, and employee development in Indonesia. You will drive performance management, compensation & benefits, and industrial relations across the organization.
Lead HR policies, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster a collaborative, service-oriented HR culture while managing HRGA operations and employee relations with a focus on continuous improvement.
Possess strong knowledge across HR functions, including recruitment, training & development, performance management, organizational development, compensation & benefits, industrial relations, employee engagement, HR audits, and HRIS
Design and implement people development programs, including training needs analysis (TNA), learning & development initiatives, and career path planning
Develop, review, and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to improve overall employee experience
Drive and promote a collaborative, service-oriented, and performance-driven HR culture across the organization
Oversee end-to-end HRGA operations and ensure alignment with company goals and compliance with regulations
Manage employee relations and support conflict resolution in a professional and timely manner
Monitor and evaluate HR programs to ensure effectiveness and continuous improvement
Job Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
Minimum 3 years of experience as HRGA Assistant Manager or in a similar HR leadership role
Strong leadership, team management, and negotiation skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven track record in managing HR functions in Indonesia, with strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations
Strategic thinking with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
