The HRGA Manager will lead and oversee the company's Human Resources and General Affairs functions, ensuring effective people management and operational support across the organization.
This role will have a strong focus on talent acquisition, organizational development, industrial relations, learning & development, HR operations, and general affairs. The position requires a hands-on HR leader who can operate effectively in a fast-moving business environment and build people, processes, and organizational capabilities to support continued growth.
Lead end-to-end recruitment activities for positions across sales, retail, manufacturing, and corporate functions.
Develop effective recruitment strategies to support business growth and workforce requirements.
Partner with management and department heads to understand manpower needs and organizational priorities.
Review and develop organizational structures in line with business requirements.
Develop and maintain Job Descriptions (JDs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and related HR frameworks.
Identify opportunities to improve organizational effectiveness, employee performance, and HR processes.
Support management in workforce planning and organizational initiatives.
Ensure HR policies and practices comply with applicable Indonesian employment regulations.
Manage employee relations and industrial relations matters to maintain a productive and harmonious working environment.
Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and SOPs in accordance with business and regulatory requirements.
Handle employee-related cases and provide appropriate recommendations to management.
Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify organizational and employee development needs.
Develop and coordinate internal training programs and learning initiatives.
Prepare training materials and support capability development across different functions.
Monitor training effectiveness and recommend continuous improvements.
Oversee day-to-day General Affairs operations, including office and site facilities, security, company assets, vehicles, and buildings.
Manage relevant operational and labor-related permits and documentation.
Ensure company facilities and workplace infrastructure are properly maintained and support business operations.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on GA-related matters.
Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
Minimum 7–10 years of experience in HR and General Affairs, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
Proven experience in the Technology, Consumer Electronics, Manufacturing, Retail, or related industry.
Strong knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law and Industrial Relations, including applicable provisions under the UU Cipta Kerja framework.
Hands‑on experience in HR operations, HRIS, payroll management, and HR policy/SOP development.
Experience in Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and development of training programs or materials.
Strong understanding of organizational development, performance management, recruitment, and employee relations.
Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken, for communication with stakeholders and reporting.
Strong interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Highly proactive, hands‑on, and adaptable, with the ability to operate in a fast‑paced and evolving business environment.
Strong leadership capabilities with a genuine ability to build organizational culture and employee engagement.
Willing to work full‑time on‑site in North Jakarta.
