Job summary

PT Abadi Sejahtera Finansindo (Singa Fintech) is seeking an experienced HRGA Manager to lead end-to-end HR and General Affairs operations in Indonesia. You will oversee HRIS, payroll, recruitment, industrial relations, and GA functions while ensuring compliance with Indonesian manpower regulations.

The role requires 12+ years in HR, with a minimum of 3 years in a senior HR Manager/HRGA Manager position, plus strong leadership, strategic advisory, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in an HR Manager/HRGA Manager role.
• Experience leading an HRGA team.
• Strong HRIS and payroll management experience.
• Solid knowledge of Indonesian manpower regulations.
• Experience with OJK and ISO audits and compliance is a plus.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Psychology, Management, Human Resources, or a related field.


• 12+ years of overall HR experience, with at least 3 years in an HR Manager / HRGA Manager role.


• Proven experience managing and leading an HRGA team.


• Strong experience in HRIS and payroll management.


• Solid experience in General Affairs, Industrial Relations, and end-to-end recruitment.


• Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.


• Good knowledge of Indonesian manpower regulations.


• Experience with OJK and/or ISO audits and compliance is highly preferred.


• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with management.


• Active English communication skills, both written and spoken.


• Mandarin-speaking ability is a plus.


• Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
