Pengiklan Anonim is seeking an experienced HR professional to independently manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, employee administration, payroll coordination, labor compliance, and BPJS administration.

This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional who is comfortable working independently as a key individual contributor managing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, employee administration, payroll coordination, labor compliance, BPJS administration, performance management, organizational development, and general corporate administration. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining strong documentation, governance, and execution standards.
Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee movements, and offboarding.
Manage end-to-end talent acquisition activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws, statutory requirements, company policies, and corporate governance standards.
Administer HR operations, including employee records, employment contracts, personnel documentation, BPJS matters, and HR reporting.
Support employee relations, engagement initiatives, learning and development activities, and workplace culture enhancement.
Support organizational development initiatives, including job evaluation, performance management process, and operational process improvement.
Coordinate compensation and benefits administration, including payroll support and related documentation.
Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, internal controls to support business growth and operational excellence.
Oversee general affairs functions, including office administration, facilities management, company assets, vendor coordination, and corporate records.
Liaise with government agencies, external service providers, and consultants and relevant stakeholders on HR, statutory, and administrative matters.
Bachelor's Degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 5-7 years of HRGA experience with strong exposure to end-to-end HR operations.
Solid experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, organizational development, and HR administration.
Experience in developing HR policies, Company Regulations (Peraturan Perusahaan), SOPs and administrative processes.
Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, employment regulations and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Professional proficiency in both written and spoken English.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion when handling confidential information.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Forms.
