Job summary

Ruangguru is seeking a results-driven Student Success Associate to monitor learners' progress, communicate updates to the Academic Team, and provide motivation and guidance throughout the learning journey.

You will engage prospective students to support sales activities, build strong relationships, and help individuals reach their learning goals while contributing to team targets for engagement, presentations, and performance.

Qualifications

• Diploma 3 education required.
• 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Customer Success, or related fields.
• Customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must have personal smartphone and laptop.
• Target-driven, proactive, able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Monitor students' learning progress and communicate updates to the Academic Team with follow-ups.
• Build strong relationships with students by providing motivation and guidance throughout their learning journey.
• Support sales activities by engaging prospective students and helping them make informed decisions.
• Provide consistent advice, feedback, and solutions to help students achieve learning goals.
• Achieve individual and team targets for student engagement, presentations, and sales performance.
