Job summary

Ruangguru is seeking a proactive professional to monitor students' progress and provide updates to the Academic Team while following up on actions. You will build strong relationships with students through motivation, guidance, and continuous support throughout their learning journey.

You will also support sales activities by engaging prospective students and helping them make informed decisions, while delivering consistent advice and solutions to help learners reach their goals and achieve both

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma 3 education in any discipline.
• 1–2 years in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Customer Success, or related fields.
• Experience in education, English courses, or startups is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and customer-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor students' learning progress and share updates with the Academic Team and follow-up actions.
• Build relationships with students by providing motivation, guidance, and continuous support.
• Support sales activities by engaging prospective students and helping them decide.
