Job summary

Ruangguru is seeking a proactive Sales/Customer Success professional to monitor students' learning progress, provide motivation, guidance, and support, and build strong relationships with students throughout their learning journey.

You will assist with sales by engaging prospective students, helping them make informed decisions, and striving to achieve individual and team targets for engagement and sales performance.

Qualifications

• Diploma 3 education in any discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Customer Success, or related fields.
• Strong interpersonal and customer-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Owns a smartphone and laptop.
• Target-driven and able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Monitor students' learning progress and communicate updates to the Academic Team with appropriate follow-up actions.
• Build strong relationships with students by providing motivation, guidance, and ongoing support.
• Support sales activities by engaging prospective students and helping them make informed decisions.
• Provide guidance, feedback, and solutions to help students achieve learning goals.
• Achieve individual and team targets for student engagement, presentations, and sales performance.
