Job summary

Ruangguru is seeking a proactive Sales/Student Success professional to monitor learning progress, build relationships, and support students through their learning journey. You will engage prospective students, provide guidance, and help them reach their goals while contributing to the team’s engagement and sales targets.

The role emphasizes customer focus, strong communication, and independent collaboration within the Academic Team. Candidates should be prepared for on-site work in Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Diploma 3 or equivalent is required.
• 1–2 years in Sales, Marketing or related fields.
• Experience in education or startups is a plus.
• Must have a personal smartphone and laptop.

Responsibilities

• Monitor students' learning progress and communicate relevant updates to the Academic Team while taking appropriate follow-up actions.
• Build strong relationships with students by providing motivation, guidance, and continuous support throughout their learning journey.
• Support sales activities by engaging prospective students and assisting them in making informed decisions.
• Provide consistent advice, feedback, and solutions to help students achieve their learning goals.
• Achieve individual and team targets for student engagement, presentations, and sales performance.
