Job summary

Ruangguru is seeking a results-driven Sales/Student Success professional in Indonesia to monitor student progress, motivate learners, and support informed decisions. You will build strong student relationships and help the Academic Team with timely updates.

You will also contribute to sales goals by engaging prospective students, delivering guidance, and achieving individual and team targets through effective communication and organization.

Qualifications

• Diploma 3 in any discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Customer Success, or related fields.
• Experience in education, English courses, or startups is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Have a personal smartphone and laptop.
• Target-driven, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Monitor students' learning progress and communicate relevant updates to the Academic Team while taking appropriate follow-up actions.
• Build strong relationships with students by providing motivation, guidance, and continuous support throughout their learning journey.
• Support sales activities by engaging prospective students and assisting them in making informed decisions.
• Provide consistent advice, feedback, and solutions to help students achieve their learning goals.
• Achieve individual and team targets for student engagement, presentations, and sales performance.
