Job summary

Ideal candidates have a Diploma 3, 1–2 years in sales, marketing, or related fields, strong communication, time-management, and a customer-oriented mindset; you own a smartphone and laptop for work

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma 3 education in any discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Customer Success, Business Operations, or related fields.
• Experience in education, English courses, or startups is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a customer-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Monitor students' learning progress and communicate relevant updates to the Academic Team with follow-up actions.
• Build strong relationships with students by providing motivation, guidance, and continuous support.
• Support sales activities by engaging prospective students and assisting them in making informed decisions.
• Provide consistent advice, feedback, and solutions to help students achieve learning goals.
• Achieve individual and team targets for student engagement, presentations, and sales performance.
