Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma 3 education in any discipline.
• 1-2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Customer Success, or related fields.
• Experience in education, English courses, or startups is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor students' learning progress and communicate updates to the Academic Team while taking appropriate follow-up actions.
• Build strong relationships with students by providing motivation, guidance, and continuous support throughout their learning journey.
• Support sales activities by engaging prospective students and assisting them in making informed decisions.
• Provide consistent advice, feedback, and solutions to help students achieve their learning goals.
• Achieve individual and team targets for student engagement, presentations, and sales performance.
