Responsibilities

• Monitor students' learning progress and communicate updates to the Academic Team with follow-up actions.
• Build relationships with students by providing motivation, guidance, and ongoing support.
• Support sales activities by engaging prospective students and helping them decide on learning solutions.
• Provide consistent advice, feedback, and solutions to help students achieve learning goals.
• Achieve individual and team targets for student engagement, presentations, and sales performance.
