Job summary

Ruangguru is seeking a Sales/Student Success Associate to monitor students' progress and coordinate with the Academic Team to provide guidance and follow-up actions.

You will engage prospective students, help them decide on programs, and drive targets for engagement, presentations, and sales performance.

Minimum Diploma 3, 1–2 years in related fields, strong communication, and the ability to work independently with your own smartphone and laptop are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma 3 in any discipline.
• 1–2 years in Sales, Marketing, or related fields.
• Experience in education or startups is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor students' learning progress and communicate relevant updates to the Academic Team while taking appropriate follow-up actions.
• Build strong relationships with students by providing motivation, guidance, and continuous support throughout their learning journey.
• Support sales activities by engaging prospective students and assisting them in making informed decisions.
• Provide consistent advice, feedback, and solutions to help students achieve their learning goals.
• Achieve individual and team targets for student engagement, presentations, and sales performance.
