Qualifications

• Diploma 3 education in any discipline.
• 1-2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Customer Success, Business Operations, or related fields.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Have a personal smartphone and laptop.
• Target-driven, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Monitor students' learning progress and communicate updates to Academic Team with follow-up actions.
• Build strong relationships with students through motivation, guidance, and ongoing support.
• Support sales activities by engaging prospective students and helping them make informed decisions.
• Provide consistent advice, feedback, and solutions to help students achieve learning goals.
• Achieve individual and team targets for student engagement, presentations, and sales performance.
