Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in sales management or business development in shipping/logistics.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and profitability.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Good understanding of shipping operations, freight forwarding, and logistics services.
• Ability to develop business strategies and manage customer portfolios.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets and increase revenue.
• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in shipping, freight forwarding, and logistics.
