Job summary

PT Legend Shipping Agencies invites an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in shipping, freight forwarding, and logistics. You will craft strategies, manage key accounts, and drive revenue growth while ensuring excellent service delivery.

The role requires 3–5 years in sales leadership within logistics, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and fluency in English. You will mentor the sales team, collaborate with operations, and expand our market presence across Indonesia.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in sales management or business development, preferably in shipping/logistics.
Proven track record of meeting sales targets and profitability.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets and increase revenue.
Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in shipping, freight forwarding, and logistics.
Build and maintain relationships with existing customers and partners.
Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
Monitor sales performance, and negotiate terms with customers.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure excellent service and smooth operations.
Develop strategies to improve customer retention and expand market presence.
