PT Talentvis Consulting Indonesia is seeking a driven Sales Manager with freight forwarding experience to hunt for new business, grow revenue, and manage key accounts. You will lead lead generation efforts, build client relationships, and close high-value deals across Sea, Air, Rail, and Multimodal logistics.

The role requires 3–5 years in international logistics, strong negotiation and communication skills, and fluency in English. Travel and target-driven mindset are essential.

Competenze

• Minimum 3-5 years of proven sales experience in freight forwarding or international logistics.
• Proven track record in new business acquisition, lead generation, and successful sales closing.
• Strong understanding of international freight forwarding, ocean freight, air freight, and multimodal transport.
• Good knowledge of freight pricing, INCOTERMS, and international shipping procedures.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and client relationship management skills.
• Highly proactive, target-driven, resilient, and motivated by achieving sales results.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Mansioni

• Proactively identify, approach, and acquire new B2B customers, including importers, exporters, manufacturers, and trading companies.
• Develop new business opportunities and expand the company's customer portfolio.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing key accounts to maximize revenue potential.
• Promote international logistics solutions, including Sea Freight (FCL/LCL), Air Freight, Rail Freight, and Multimodal Transport.
• Prepare commercial quotations, negotiate freight rates, and close business deals.
• Develop sales strategies, monitor pipelines, and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Collaborate with Pricing and Operations teams to ensure competitive offers and quality service delivery.
