Job summary

Cermati.com is seeking a strategic Sourcing & Procurement lead in Jakarta to manage vendor negotiations, contracts, and ERP-based processes. You will oversee RFP/RFQ cycles, SOP development, and compliance across advertising, fintech, and retail vendor partners.

You will coordinate with Marketing and Operations to optimize costs, administer annual retainer contracts, and verify invoices against BASt documentation before authorization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in management, business, accounting, engineering, or related field.
• 4–5 years in procurement/sourcing; 2 years in supervisory/assistant manager role.
• Experience in advertising agencies, fintech, or consumer electronics retail preferred.
• Strong knowledge of contracts, advertising permits, and Indonesian taxation (PPh & VAT).

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing, price negotiations, ToP, BOQ, and SLAs with OOH, Videotron, Event, POSM vendors, Interior/ME contractors, and 3PL providers.
• Develop, establish, and enforce SOPs for vendor contracting to ensure compliance and cost-efficiency.
• Manage annual retainer contracts for regional vendors in collaboration with Area Marketing teams.
• Oversee RFP and RFQ processes.
• Ensure vendor compliance, permits, and local tax compliance (PPh and VAT).
• Oversee PO creation in Oracle ERP and archiving.
• Prepare periodic vendor cost summary reports for management and audit purposes.
• Verify vendor invoices against Minutes of Handover (BAST) and photo documentation before payment.
