Digital Edge Data Center in Jakarta seeks a Specialist, Procurement to ensure the timely, cost-effective, and compliant procurement of critical goods and services as we expand across Asia. You will own end-to-end procurement from sourcing to contract management, build strong supplier partnerships, drive cost optimization, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to regulatory and internal policies.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Procurement or Supply Chain Management.
• Strong experience in vendor management, contract negotiation, tender processes, and procurement operations.
• Familiar with importation processes, customs clearance, and Incoterms.
• Strong understanding of procurement best practices and regulatory compliance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Professional certifications (CIPS, CPSM, CPSP, or equivalent) are an advantage.

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, tendering, negotiation, and contract management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Drive cost optimization initiatives while ensuring quality and service standards.
• Monitor supplier performance and manage procurement risks.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Legal teams to support business needs.
• Manage procurement budgets and ensure efficient purchasing practices.
