Cermati Fintech Group is seeking a Strategic Sourcing & Procurement professional to lead sourcing, price negotiations, and contract terms with key vendors across national and regional scopes. You will develop SOPs for vendor contracting, manage annual retainer contracts with regional partners, and oversee ERP-based PO processes and cost-control reporting to ensure compliance and efficiency.

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, Accounting, Engineering, or related field.
• 4–5 years in Procurement/Sourcing; 2 years in supervisory role; marketing/advertising agency or brand-side preferred.
• Experience in advertising agencies, fintech, or consumer electronics retail preferred.
• Technical skills: ERP procurement systems (Oracle), advanced MS Excel, contract drafting, and Indonesian taxation (PPh & VAT).

Responsabilidades

• Lead sourcing, price negotiations, ToP, BOQ, and SLAs with vendors.
• Develop and enforce SOPs for national and regional vendor contracting for cost-efficiency.
• Manage annual retainer contracts with regional vendors; collaborate with Area Marketing teams.
• Oversee RFP and RFQ processes; ensure vendor compliance and tax compliance.
• Oversee PO creation in Oracle ERP and cost-control reporting.
• Verify vendor invoices against BASt and field documentation prior to payment.
