Job summary

PT Dwi Cermat Indonesia is seeking an experienced Strategic Sourcing & Commercial Negotiation professional to lead sourcing activities, vendor negotiations, and contract governance. You will establish SOPs, manage regional vendor retainer contracts, and supervise procurement processes across the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, Accounting, Engineering, or related field.
• 4–5 years in Procurement/Sourcing with at least 2 years in supervision.
• Experience in advertising agencies, fintech, or consumer electronics retail preferred.
• Proficient in ERP Procurement systems, preferably Oracle.
• Advanced MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, reporting).
• Understanding of contract drafting, permits, and Indonesian taxes (PPh & VAT).

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing, price negotiations, ToP, BOQ, and SLAs with vendors.
• Develop and enforce SOPs for vendor contracting.
• Manage annual retainer contracts with regional vendors.
• Oversee RFP and RFQ processes.
• Ensure tax compliance (PPh and VAT) and permit validity.
• Oversee PO creation and archiving in Oracle ERP.
• Verify invoices against BA/BAST and photos before payment.
