Zusammenfassung

Cermati is seeking a Strategic Sourcing & Commercial Negotiation lead to drive vendor sourcing, pricing, and contract governance across national and regional partners in Indonesia. You will manage ToP, BOQ, SLAs, and ensure compliance with local tax rules while coordinating with Marketing teams.

Responsibilities include RFP/RFQ oversight, Oracle ERP PO control, and cost reporting. Advanced Excel skills and Oracle experience are essential for success in this role.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in management, business, accounting, engineering, or related field.
• 4–5 years in Procurement/Sourcing with at least 2 years in supervisory/assistant manager role.
• Experience in advertising agencies, fintech, or consumer electronics retail preferred.
• Technical skills: ERP Procurement systems (Oracle preferred); advanced MS Excel; understanding of advertising permits and Indonesian taxation (PPh & VAT).

Aufgaben

• Lead sourcing, price negotiations, ToP, BOQ, and SLAs with vendors; including OOH, Videotron, Event, POSM, and 3PL providers.
• Develop, establish, and enforce SOPs for vendor contracting for cost-efficiency and compliance.
• Manage annual retainer contracts for regional vendors in collaboration with Area Marketing teams.
• Oversee RFP and RFQ processes.
• Ensure vendor compliance, advertising permits, and local tax compliance (PPh and VAT).
• Oversee PO creation and archiving within Oracle ERP.
• Prepare periodic OOH rental cost summary reports for management and audit.
• Verify and validate vendor invoices against BA...ST and field photos before payment.
