Job summary

SEFAS Group is seeking a Procurement Supervisor to manage end-to-end procurement for multiple business units in Jakarta. You will lead vendor sourcing, negotiations, and tender processes, while developing procurement policies and governance to ensure standard, transparent practices across the organization.

The role requires 3–5 years in procurement, strong stakeholder management, and hands-on ERP experience such as SAP/Oracle/Coupa/SAP Ariba. Excel and Google Workspace proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, or Supply Chain Management.
• Experience in developing or improving procurement policies, SOPs, workflows, and governance procedures.
• Hands-on experience using procurement systems or ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Coupa, SAP Ariba, or similar systems).
• Strong understanding of end-to-end procurement processes, including sourcing, vendor selection, tender and bidding, negotiation, purchasing, and vendor performance evaluation.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• High level of integrity, accountability, attention to detail, and ability to work independently across multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Managing and supervising end-to-end procurement activities for non-commercial goods, services, and project requirements across all SEFAS Group units.
• Vendor sourcing, selection, and evaluation based on pricing, quality, reliability, and service capabilities.
• Handling price negotiations and commercial discussions with vendors to ensure competitive pricing and favorable terms.
• Managing tender and bidding processes, including vendor invitations, bid evaluation, negotiation, and selection.
• Coordinating with internal users to ensure procurement specifications are identified and fulfilled.
• Monitoring procurement lead times and vendor performance to ensure timely delivery.
• Developing and implementing Procurement Policies, SOPs, guidelines, and procedures.
• Reviewing procurement workflows, approvals, and internal control mechanisms to strengthen governance.
• Managing contract administration, including review, negotiation, documentation, approval, execution, renewal, and monitoring.
• Establishing and monitoring SLAs, lead time standards, and performance indicators.
• Evaluating procurement systems and identifying opportunities for improvement and automation.
• Supporting implementation and optimization of procurement processes using best practices.
• Ensuring completeness and accuracy of procurement documentation (PR, PO, contracts, tenders).
• Preparing monthly procurement activity reports and vendor performance evaluations.
• Coordinating with Accounting for asset coding and updates in company systems (SIGNAL and KITA Apps).
• Monitoring KPIs and reporting progress and improvement initiatives to the Corporate Services Manager.
• Ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
