Job summary

Indodana seeks a Strategic Sourcing & Commercial Negotiation professional to lead vendor engagements across out-of-home advertising, events, and related service providers. You will shape contracts, SLAs, and cost controls while ensuring compliance with market practices.

The role requires 4–5 years in procurement with 2 years in supervisory capacity, and strong ERP experience (Oracle) plus advanced Excel. You will develop SOPs, manage regional retainer contracts, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, Accounting, Engineering, or related field.
• 4–5 years in Procurement/Sourcing; 2 years in supervisory/assistant manager.
• Experience in advertising agencies, fintech, or consumer electronics retail preferred.
• ERP procurement systems knowledge, preferably Oracle; advanced Excel.
• Understanding of advertising permits and Indonesian taxation (PPh & VAT).

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing, price negotiations, ToP, BOQ, and SLAs with vendors.
• Develop SOPs for national and regional vendor contracting.
• Manage annual retainer contracts with regional vendors.
• Oversee RFP/RFQ processes and ensure tax compliance.
• Oversee PO creation in Oracle ERP and verify invoices.
