Power Commerce Asia, based in Indonesia, is seeking a seasoned Key Account Manager to lead strategic client relationships and tailor solutions across logistics, ecommerce operations, marketing and finance.

You will develop growth plans, deliver regular business reviews, identify upsell opportunities, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure on-time delivery while meeting service levels.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, management, communications or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in Key Account or Account Management or similar role.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce operations and warehousing preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship management.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and grow strategic client accounts by building trusted partnerships.
• Understand clients' goals and market trends to provide strategic recommendations.
• Develop and execute account growth strategies to increase revenue.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Prepare regular business reviews, performance reports and insights.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell existing accounts.
• Lead client meetings and ensure timely follow-up on action plans.
• Address client concerns by coordinating with internal stakeholders.
