Intrepid Asia in Jakarta, Indonesia, is seeking a proactive Key Account Manager to lead ecommerce partnerships for top brands across Lazada and Shopee. You will craft annual brand plans, drive NMV growth, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver compelling campaigns and promotions.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of ecommerce experience, preferably with Lazada or Shopee, or with a brand/distributor.
• Commercial mindset with willingness to impact and thrive in a fast-paced startup.
• Strong interpersonal, relationship, communication, listening, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to develop brand ecommerce strategy into annual/monthly activation plans.
• Experience in developing digital/ecommerce campaign plans.
• Analytical skills to analyze data and suggest improvements.
• Project management experience.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsabilités

• Grow account NMV and revenue.
• Build strong relationships with your brand and platform counterparts.
• Deliver expert recommendations on strategy / promotions / growth levers for brands.
• Develop annual growth plans and activation calendars and campaign proposals.
• Manage cross-functional team to drive brand performance (Content, Store management, Operations, Chat).
• Ensure all brand / store KPIs are met.
• Collaborate on onboarding and growth plans for new brands.
• Collaborate with management on NMV goals, planning and forecasting.
• Work with Category Manager to ensure account retention and growth.
